Cheeky Chops delivers within Australia only. To ensure reliable and safe delivery of your items all parcels are sent through the Australia Post parcel system.

Most our postage is FREE SHIPPING by regular post, bringing even more savings to you, the customer!!

For the few items where postage cost is not free, the cost is then calculated using the Australia Post Calculator.

If you would like your item sent via Express Post to you, please contact us to arrange delivery and for postage cost

Your delivery cost will be added onto the overall payment and displayed to you during the checkout process, before you confirm payment. Deliveries range from 3 to 7 working days after payment is received depending on your proximity to Brisbane. Due to circumstances beyond our control occasionally there may be delayed delivery by Australia Post..

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase but if for some reason you feel that a product that you have purchased is not satisfactory please contact us immediately. Our returns window for faulty goods is 14 days from postage which allows you time to inspect and ensure that the product you have received is how it has been described.

For non faulty goods we do not offer a refund but will exchange the item for a product of equal value or issue a store credit once the item has been returned.
